Looks like a relatively fresh listing, haven't seen this one on the market yet.

If it actually comes with liveaboard status at Shilshole (where I am currently #340 on the waitlist, and have been since July last year), it will probably go quickly just based on that.

That ad has been running for about six months now, that I now of. It does seem like a nice boat, but maybe different up close?
Or maybe it’s just impossible to get hold of the seller.
