Ericson 38-1 rudder

Last week I was racing in the Oregon Offshore and my rudder snapped off leaving about 12" in the water. We got the boat to Westport,Wa. where it now sits. I've just pulled what's left of the rudder and now need a replacement. Any comments or information would be appreciated. Any details/specifications of this rudder.

Isn't your boat "Cantata?" According to post 13 it was formerly sailed and raced in SoCal. The rudder was a custom design by a guy named Alan Andrews. Maybe he is still in business. Maybe Seth is still in touch with him.

It is Cantata. It would be great to track any original information, documentation let alone who made the rudder.
