Ericson 35 Mark II, 1972, hull #228. Universal M3-20B diesel engine, center cabin, easy access. This boat is at the right price for a buyer who can see potential. Plenty of cosmetic work needed, but the boat is dry, with a running engine, working sails, and a new unused head and holding tank. In a San Diego Marina.
