I have one of these. There were about 20 or so built.
It was designed as an IOR 3/4 ton racer. It's quite a bit lighter than the 34T, has a shorter mast, lower and shorter boom, and as you mentioned the flush deck. It does use the same hull and keel as the 34T.
There is a bit of information about the model available on the web, but not much. I have an original magazine ad for the model - which someday I will scan and deposit in the docs section. Also, I was able to get many of the original drawings from Bruce King when I needed to make some hull repairs.
I've had 'Rogue' for almost 6 years, and have sailed the boat many thousands of miles.
