Anyone on the West Coast contemplating selling their 30+?

Thought about responding since I have thought about downsizing, a couple of the family aren't crazy about sailing. I do not really need a E30+. Checked the prices for a E25+ or E26 and there is not enough of a difference to make downsizing worth while. Regulus II will be part of the family for a while longer. The 30+ is a great boat, good luck.
