Hi Wintu,
I'm looking for a partner for our '72 Ericson 27.
I'd be willing to sell as well but not for 5000.
The boat is located in Sausalito.
In the last 5 years the boats improvements have been:
New Yanmar 2GM 20 F
New electric and panel
New standing rigging
New lifelines
New Profurl roller furling
Just had a bottom job
All systems are solid, we're working on cosmetics.

i checked that one , is really a project boat is missing the head and door to the head , faucet both holding tank and freshwater tank a lot teak trim was removed its got mildew inside and no upholstery at all.(original) when i was checking bulkheads they were reglassed but sometimes there is 3/4 " gap between them and the hull . really messed up job i think. so im still looking. i dont mind a boat with some work but she should be sound structurally.

be open to looking at an Ericson 29. From the same design era, it is much like the 27 in concept, just a little longer.
