E27 standing rigging tension

A few years ago, someone on the Ericson sailnet forum posted some rough guidelines for setting the tension for the stays and shrouds on an E27. I used them then, but have lost the posting. I've posted this request there, but figure that not everyone reads both, so... That said, I'd appreciate a few replies with suggested tensions for the standing rigging.
