Spinnaker bail
You can buy a "U-Bolt" from West Marine, or any marine hardware store, or even a large padeye-anything rated for 1,000 or more pounds and as long as you can through bolt it to the masthead crane you will be fine-just make sure you can get the shackle on the halyard block through it.
