E-32 Mast Weight????

Sic Em WOOF WOOF WOOF WOOF
Anyone out there know the ~weight for the 32-2 mast?? I'm dropping the mast of our e-32 for the first time and want to transport it home for a complete refit. My local welding shop is building a cradle on an existing trailer and wants to know the ~weight. I live 12 hrs roundtrip from our boatyard and really don't want to have to do the drive just to weigh the mast.

Thanks

I would estimate ~150 lbs. based on 3.5 lbs. per foot for the tube and allowing for the MH casting, electrical, two sets of spreaders, etc.

Based on carrying around masts of similar-sized boats, I'd guess it's a few hundred pounds. More than 100, less than 400. I don't expect your welding shop will really care too much about an exact number. If they do, they're probably cutting it a bit close. :p
