Hello everyone,
We just closed on a 1984 E 30+ here in San Diego. The boat is generally in very good shape but the integrated Combi instrument panel doesn't work. We get numbers on the depth side but the impeller is gone from the sender for the knot meter and the wind speed/direction function is dead.
Has anyone any experience with the repair or replace decision on this system. I expect this is an old enough system that repairing it might be tough but I kind of hate to tear out all those electronic boxes above the nave station.
Assuming we do have to get new instruments does anyone know if the depth transducer can be used for other instruments?
