corkhead

I am having trouble finding a cap for the one i dropped in the bay when I re-fueled recently.
West marine doesn't seem to have the correct size?
Any ideas where I can get one?
Thanks

What size.

What diameter and thread count are you looking for. I have a spare deck fill and cap off of an 81' E-28+.

Is this the model with cast-in recess in the top to fit a standard (non self locking) winch handle?

ps: if you put the phrase "ericsonyachts.org deck fill cap" into your Google search box, you will find about 5 to 7 threads on this site. It's a question that goes around and comes around...

I've got two different types/sizes of deck fittings on my boat. So far, I've bought a Perko and a SeaDog cap, and they did not fit. The search continues...

I have an 87 38-200. I think the original caps were 1-1/2 dia, 16 tpi. I have tried about every source I can think of. I don't think you can get them any more which means you ( and I) have to replace the entire deck fill.
