Charting Option to create your own chart

I just noticed this today, courtesy of another sailing site.

Looks like it would be something fun to use once released. It does currently state that any charts built using their tool are not to be used for navigation.

A disclaimer is SOP in our litigious society.

So, it's a way of doing "print screen" for an ENC? Would be nice if they did this for the raster charts. I sail right on the edge between two charts. I literally go back and forth across the line several times in an afternoon sail. Not all electronic gizmos will gracefully "turn the page." Of course, it only takes a second to physically flip the paper chart, but it would be awfully hard to plot across the divide.
