I purchased an old, double axel, equipment trailer for $1800.00. Stripped off the old wooden deck, added a third axle, to support my E-28/2. Welded cross members with a resting place for the keel and added adjustable, individual, padded supports for the hull. Rewired the electric brakes and lights. Total cost in $ was 5500, which included new trailer tires. Much more in sweat equity. I had all of the tools, facilities and mind set to do this. Most folks don't.
