Broken bolt from rigging inside cabin

Sailing today in a stiff breeze…heard a pop and found this piece of standing rigging down in the cabin. It looks like it was bolted and the bolt sheered off.
Can someone explain what this is called and how to replace the bolt?

It is taking the "up force" of all of the turning blocks attached to the plate around the mast penetration thru the cabin top. This lifting force is brought down to the spar on the inside. Almost the same as the system on my O-34. I also have a short piece of cable and a turnbuckle.
I would expect to find a little ss plate on the (external) top of the cabin, usually with some screws thru it.

If it came loose from the very top you will remove the mast boot and collar and there will be a stub for a the tie down to screw into. When you reassemble be extra careful to waterproof this area under the mast collar.

Looks like your version has a SS strap with a little right-angle part for the top. Ours has a SS plate with the tang part welded to the underside, and extending down thru a slot in the cabin top, and next thru the headliner, where the turnbuckle and short piece of ss wire is attached.
Your "Ericson version" is more subtle than the Olson version, but does the same job of locking the cabin top in place against halyard loading on those turning blocks.
Ours might be slightly better in that it provides a nice place to hang damp leather sailing gloves to dry ...
