anyone know the width of the E29 keel ?

I'm looking at a trailer for my E29 and am wondering if the keel tray of the trailer is wide enough for my keel. I'm not talking about front to back length, but the width or thickness. The boat is in the water (55 deg f) so I don't really want to dive to measure it and there are no other Ericsons in the area. Thanks, Rick

Hi Rick,
I dont know if this will help but I had a custom trailer built by Loadmaster (Port Clinton, OH) for my 1977 E-29. Here are a few pics of the boat while on the trailer and the trailer after I launched the boat. Perhaps you can estimate the width of the keel from the pics--or alternatively call Gary Straw at Loadmaster. Ill bet he knows the dimensions. Or I could measure the trailer, perhaps this weekend.
