Anyone interested in a zero hour freshly rebuilt Universal M40 Diesel?

Hi all, after paying for a rebuild I think I have decided I want to go for more horsepower. The engine is being rebuilt on Shelter Island in San Diego and should be completed by weeks end. Includes a 6 month warranty and the control panel as well. Holler if you're interested or want more details..

well...

It's back in the boat at this point and has 30 hours on it.... about to do the break in oil change and re-torquing of the head here in a week or two... You can see pictures of it near the bottom of this page:

I am about to make an offer on an Ericson 38 that has a tired old 5432 with just as many hours. So..if I am successful, I'll be looking to repower. But I have to buy the boat first! Nothing will likely happen for a couple of weeks due to the holidays etc. So I presume you would be selling it with the transmission. This is premature, but what $ are you wanting for it.
