Anchoring

Hi
I own an E38-200 and cannot bring up the anchor solo, as the cone of chain builds up in the anchor well it eventually jams, it needs someone to push over the cone as the chain comes in???

Got photos of your windlass, chain locker, spill pipe and so on?

Those with successful setups can probably identify the issue.
