Pix are in my recent blog entry. All you would need to do is cut an oblong hole in the upper part of the transom slope of your Olson 34, and glass in a short socket frp tube to the hull/bottom.
The angle is 37.6 degrees from vertical for the thru-transom plate so you can check to see if it might match the transom angle of your 80's E-boat.
Also, that plate can be pretty easily cut off and re-welded to a different angle.
Note that shipping is relatively expensive, so best to arrange pickup in Portland.
Price is totally negotiable, as the potential buyer list is... microscopic.
