38-200 Head and shower remodel

Hi all, after a few months more like six I have some photos of the Head and shower remodel.
The door was cut in half and a piano hinge used to make it a bifold.
The sink can be removed to access the pump and plumbing by removing 5 brass screws.
The front of the cabinet can be removed the same way.
The dividing wall for sink and shower was cut back.
Solid wood shower window shade.
The bath floor was marble, neat idea but was cracking and looked dirty so replaced with cherry.
Rebuilt the head and replaced hoses, new Y valve and Faucet.
Pulled port windows and rebuilt with gaskets and lenses.
Rebuilt the shower diverter and wall so access can be from the front and added a longer hose.
Striped and varnished all the wood in gloss for ease of cleaning.
Add additional shower hose to rear starboard locker for shower when rebuilding diverter in shower.
Oh and added a small shelf to cabinet.

Very nice indeed. Lovely. Uh, marble? Grand for the Ritz Hotel, but no place on a sailboat.

Yes marble with a rubber base, I will see if I can find some photos. I believe it was original to the boat.
