Aeolus is a 1987 USCG documented vessel that we have loved and owned on Lake Erie since 2018. Prior to us she was also sailed on the Great Lakes. She is a 1987 Ericson 32-3 Sloop.

Aeolus is powered by a Universal M25XP 22hp inboard diesel engine with 22 gallons of diesel in fuel capacity. Aeolus comes equipped with 30 gallons of freshwater, furling headsail, Autohelm 3000, depthsounder, Vhf, 110v fridge, microwave, a large sail inventory, a set of jackstands and lots of spare parts.

We have lovingly cared for Aeolus over the years and in addition to meticulously logged maintenance we have made many improvements to her. These include a new Bimini, new strataglass in dodger, annual bottom paint, new steering cable last year, new freshwater pump, and new bilge pumps. Also added was a solar panel (165W), controller, and an inverter (2000W).

That's a very attractive price.
I would say you are way underpriced even in the Great Lakes. Late 80's Catalina 30's in good condition are currently selling for more than your asking price. Is the boat currently in the water ?

I agree. Unless there is a major problem that you haven't mentioned, or you need to sell immediately, I would raise the price. Perhaps a brief discussion with a broker, or checking on line for similar boats would give you a more accurate asking price.
