Bought this boat (for $35k) roughly three years ago after getting divorced. Lived on it for about a year, but haven't done much to keep it up. I've been wanting to fix it up (ie, electrical, refinish all the wood, install a new headliner, install the new Wallas stovetop heater, repaint the deck, etc etc etc), but I just don't have time. It's been out of the water for about a year now out at Shelter Island.
I'm in a very tight financial situation and need to sell this asap. If I had the money to spruce it up and sell it for more I would, but I don't! Make me an offer. "
