Pegasus is a 1984 Ericson 30+. Fractional rig.
I am starting a family and am actively involved in one-design racing so I no longer have enough time to use her to justify the cost.

I have put a lot of work into her and she is ready to sail
List of updates:
-Auto Pilot
-Entire 12V system replaced: new Blue Sea panel, battery switch/ACR, new batteries (2 house, 1 starter), bilge system with bilge panel, new wiring, new cabin lights
-All halyards, vang, outhaul, and 2 reefs ran back to cockpit. All new deck hardware and rope clutches. Backstay adjuster
-New VHF and RAM+ mic in cockpit
-New stereo and speakers
-New custom holding tank, toilet, and all new hoses
-New water pressure pump
-New faucet/shower in head
-New stove
-Fuel/Water Seperator
-Feathering prop
Other Stuff:
-Teak and Holly lumber ready to update cabin sole (to be installed shortly, project under way
-Universal diesel inboard 14hp in good running condition. Overhauled winter of 2008.
-New motor mounts
-new alternator with Balmar ARS external regulator
-new coupler
-White awlgrip spars
-Solid Decks
-Furlex 200S genoa furling system new in '99. Inspected and rebuilt '07.
-1 main, 1 genoa, 1 jib
There has been much more done. Some cosmetic projects still to be completed but very minimal.
