30'-34' sailboat wanted

I am looking primarily for a 30' Olson911s. Willing to consider similar boats up to 34' in length. My primary use will be racing so feel I need to have the mainsheet traveler in the cockpit, be rigged for spinnaker and rates PHRF 150 or less and have been reasonably well maintained. Can consider boats nationwide but would rather find one on the west coast as I live in Portland Oregon.
