I just saw an ad on Craigslist for an Ericson 32 in South beach harbor (San Francisco) for $2000. REAL rough looking, but a great project for someone.

You could do what the guy down here in Long Beach does, make a low-ball offer then scrap it for the lead in the keel.

4,000 lbs of lead at $0.97/lb...maybe I should start doing this...
