1984 E30+ Eager to sell
She is a 1984 Ericson 30+. Fractional rig.
Starting a family and looking to sell.
Asking $25K. Negotiable. Make a reasonable offer.
I have put a lot of work into her.
All new this past season:
-Auto Pilot
-Entire 12V system replaced: custom panel including new Blue Sea panel, battery switch/ACR, new batteries (2 house, 1 starter), bilge system with bilge panel, counter, and high water alarm
-All halyards, vang, outhaul, and 2 reefs ran back to cockpit. All new deck hardware and rope clutches. Backstay adjuster
-New VHF and RAM+ mic in cockpit
-New stereo and speakers
-New custom holding tank, toilet, and all new hoses
-New water pressure pump
-New faucet/shower in head
-New stove
-Custom cabinet in galley
-Fuel/Water Seperator
Other Stuff:
-Teak and Holly lumber ready to update cabin sole
-Universal diesel inboard 16hp in good running condition.
-White awlgrip spars
-Solid Decks
-Furlex 200S genoa furling system new in '99. Inspected and rebuilt '07.
-1 main, 1 genoa, 1 jib
There has been much more done. Some cosmetic projects still to be completed but very minimal.
