1974 E32-2 stern pulpit

My stern pulpit rail has cracked in half at the top of a stanchion. can it be fixed or do I need a new one? What costs are involved if I get a new one. Thanks.

It can be welded at a local machine shop/welder. Or, Railmakers should be able to make a new one.
