CDI is GREAT I just installed the CDI prop. I LOVE it my boat has more power and i even have to lower my idle because my idle speed it to high for my marinea. The CDI prop gave me better reverse and forward speed and control. PS I have an E27 as well but the Universal engine.

I have a 1975 e27 with wire to rope halyards i want to change them to all rope halyards. I am not sure if the ropes will fit or not. has anybody done this? And what if any thing do i have to change? Please help before i get into this project. Thanks for the help Tom and Sarah e27...

I have a 1975 with inboard (Atomic 4). I am having a very hard time shifting it into gear. I can get it but it takes a lot of force. I also can not get it to stay in reverse without holding it down. Any ideas whould be great. Thanks Tom Heideman Basackwards
