Thanks for the kind understanding words
Thanks guys,
dad is blind and mom has dementia.. so the plan needs to stay the same. the good new is i have a friend with a pearson 30 and he often will invite me along. thanks again.
Tough day today posting it but moving my parents in with us sorta changed the future a bit. It's the right thing to do, but it is sad when the dream gets changed by reality.

yeah Loren, my guess is somehow this came into his hands and he knows nothing about it.. i'd make a bet that it's an atomic 4 and he just doesn't know.
I know nothing about this but just saw this listing this morning.

Thanks all,
So i went down today and did some more snooping around. The water is mildly salty. I was able to check a few of the thru hull fittings and no leaks there. There was not much water there today. maybe a couple tablespoons. I think that i am going to keep a close eye on things...
Thanks Christian,
My Christmas day task will be to taste it. The wires are coming from aft under the stove. The view is looking down. It almost feels as if rather than leaking down it is wicking up from the hull. Have a Merry Christmas. That book of yours is the reason i have this boat...and...
Hi all,
I recently purchased a 1970 E-29. After bottom painting, adding radar and numerous other repairs the boat is in the water and i am ready to fully enjoy her. As i was doing a thorough cleaning yesterday i noticed about 1/2 cup of water in the port settee right next to the stove and...
forever young has a new proud owner
I am now the proud owner of Young @ Heart. A 1970 ericson 29 with A4 that was in port orchard, then anderson island, and now will be coming to beautiful sequim via a bottom paint in port townsend. the interesting thing about this is that when i called on...
Thanks all, I found the E-29 i was looking for and pending the survey i anticipate being a legitimate member of this forum. When it is official i will disclose the name as it has a history up here in the northwest as i found it mentioned on forums back in 2006. hope i can sleep tonight but no...
Im on my way to everett in the morning.
I have an appt tomorrow to look at an E-27 at your marina in everett... blue one called something Grace....I couldn't read the name in the pics... I will keep the E-28+ in mind.. by the way i did not see a pic or a link to your boat. thanks. doug
Hi All,
