I think I've gotten down to the bottom of this issue as well. The problem stems from a combination of


  • Google spam filtering
  • Old attempts at mail spam filtering via our host
  • My old email address changes
  • Server settings on auto responses
  • Site email settings

I've adjusted everything and tested it, and it seems to be working. If you've sent me an email via the 'Contact Us' form and I've not replied, please send another and I'll get right back to you. I'll also go back through the last 200 or so mail bounces from Google, and reply to them - if I can.
