adhesive needed

I just won a battery powered nav. light (red/green) to afix to the bow of my PVC rubber dingy (the Ding-a-Lee) at the local sail club meeting. The dingy is made of PVC and the light base is rubber and contains warnings about applying silicon to the rubber before exposing the little guy to the elements. It also says for me to check with my dealer for the proper adhesive to attach the rubber base to the Zodiac PVC dingy. Since it was a gift I have no dealer. Besides I trust you guys better than the local WM dealer so I ask: What do I use to glue the rubber base to the PVC dingy? 5200 has some flex, 4200 has more but not as much adhesive and epoxy has no flex but is tough as hell.

What say you?

Duh!
I keep a Defender catalog at bedside for late night reading. I should have thought of it sooner. Thanks for the advice.
