To answer your question - No, This ad says maximum luff of 30', yours is in the range of 38' plus, Practical Sailor did a review of this type of furler a couple months ago I believe, they said it was easy to install with common tools.

Just a bit more info. This winter I ordered a new Head 135% Genoa for my E-29 Tall and just installed it last weekend. The luff on it is 36 feet. Great sail, albeit very stiff right now--took alot of man-power to furl it the first time. The only bad news is that the new sail makes my original Harken Furler (Mark 1) seem antiquated and "rough". Maybe next year I'll have to upgrade it!
