Prop and accoustical insulation questions

While my E27 is out of the water (being completly repainted along with a host of other things), I pulled my prop and found it to be a 10/6. Other atomic owners I know have 12/6 or 10/7, (all 2 blade). I spoke with Don Moyer who also seemed surprized that I had a 10/6. I thought about making it a 10/7. Any ideas out there?
Also I want to insulate the engine compartment and curious what and where to purchase accoustical insulation that's heat resistant.

Engine Compartment Acoustics

Here is a Pic of 1" Engine Compartment Acoustic Insullation install.
The Insullation is Mylar Faced/Foam/Lead-Vinyl Sheet/Foam. You can find large sheets at Commercial Boat Suppliers. Don't bother with the self-stick type, the glue gives out real soon. Install with SS Fender Washers and #10 Screws. WM has weenie size sheets in kits for 2x the price
