Frozen Mojitos

I know. You have never heard of a frozen mojito. Well, that is because I invented it. Here you go, for a cool refreshing drink:

“Boat Party” Frozen Mojitos
*
Ingredients:
Light rum
Fresh mint
Sugar
Limes
Frozen Limeade concentrate 12 oz. package
Ice
*
Start pouring the rum into your blender, count slowly to 8 (about 10 oz’s.).*
Add 10 to 12 mint leaves (no stems please), two tablespoons of sugar (one if you like ‘em tart), and the juice of ½ lime.*
Blend on high until mint leaves are very finely chopped.*
Add frozen limeade concentrate and fill remainder of blender with ice.*
Blend on high until frozen and slushy.*
Garnish with lime or mint or both.*
Makes about 6

Enjoy!

Cool!

I always liked the Mojitos they served at the Bacardi factories in San Juan and Nassau ... not that they're as good as yours but they were free!

Unfortunately, we heard that Bacardi is closing their Nassau plant. That may be the end of the Nassau Royale that they made there but who knows, maybe they'll make it in PR now?

Free sounds good to me! And have not had Nassau Royale for ages. Good stuff, too.
