Ericson 35-3 for new captain!

Hi all, I am pre-listing my beautiful Ericson as my plans have changed and I'm short on time! I have put countless hours into Arcadia and while there are still some things left to do, as with most any boat, what you have here is a rock solid boat with all of the un-fun projects completed and ready for you to fit her out with electronics and canvas to suit your style.

I will be sailing her south to Florida for the winter where the winter market is better and I can keep making the last few improvements but you can have her now for bargain pricing. I will also consider delivering to just about anywhere on the East Coast provided you catch me before we move her to Florida. If she doesn't sell before arriving in Florida, I will resume working on any unfinished cosmetics and canvas and bump the price. Or you can buy it and I can finish them for you! Options options 🙂 See below for most of the deets, there's literally so much to list!

You can view the listing on sailboat listings below. Email for higher resolution pics!

Limit is five per post. No limit on posts. Save photo to desktop to confirm orientation before uploading. Try to use a desktop, the software gets confused by mobile devices.

If photo uploads sideways, delete and start over. Not correctable once on site.

Looks like a nice boat, good luck with the sale.

Thanks Christian, love watching you on YouTube btw! Your commentary always makes me smile (and wishing to get out into some blue water).

I dragged it off to the desktop and rotated it in Preview.
Nice paint!
Same color as a sister ship that used to show up on this site regularly, IIRC.
Paint formulators usually like to put a 'name' on each color shade for promotional purposes.... this one could be Vivacious Red....!
:)

Loren, I owe you a beer!! Uploading pics from my iPad has been a test of patience. Think you must be talking about a boat names Cordelia, she was my inspiration :egrin: I think it's safe to say: Ericsons look great in Red!

Remove the sideways pix using "Manage Attachments." Put the offending pix on the desktop, confirm the orientation, and "save" them before uploading. They can't be fixed once uploaded, deleting and re-uploading is required.

Try to use a desktop computer, the forum's (ancient) software gets confused by mobile devices.

I've also found that this site's software doesn't like "tall" pictures. If your photo is taller than it is high, and you crop it down to a "wider" picture, the site will more likely upload it correctly.

Heck of a nice looker, all your work shows, and local, but I already have the 32.
Really like what you did with the cabin sole.

Thanks Tin! It was a fun project until I got down to the trim. So many fussy angles on a boat. Shame there’s not a Chesapeake Ericson club (that I know of). They’re such sweet boats :egrin::egrin: Happy Sails, hope you see Arcadia out with her new owner!
