Several years ago a fellow 32-200 owner in New York and I began a friendship. Fred Parry had just purchased s/v Luna and being that we owned the same model, we shared ideas, thoughts and even values.
Fred sent me the entire owners manual for my (our) boat and wouldn’t accept a penny. He loved fast cars, his Bentley and rock n roll.
He he was a good American and had recently accompanied his dad (a Pearl Harbor survivor) to the White House. Stricken with cancer, Fred decided to spend his final days having fun and enjoying the finer things.
