It's been almost two full weeks of living aboard Delightful now, here on Bainbridge Island. I still feel like I live in a fairy tale, most of the time. With the bottom "U" piece out, and both screws removed from the top "U" piece, we are now just left with the 4-hole piece in the back. I think everyone with Ericsons of a certain size and vintage is intimately acquainted with the signature wine rack, though I don't think I've ever seen any pictures of a boat here with wine in the rack. Happy to be proven wrong here.
