How is this done, Sean?

Morgan, there are a few ways:

1. I can hover my mouse pointer over your name here and "Start Conversation" pops up, which lets me begin a PM with you.



Also, I can click the mail icon next to my name in the top right and at the bottom right of the drop down menu, you can see "Start a new conversation."



There's two ways to get it going
