I figured that I'd lose my boat on Friday... and then Charley made a hard right turn through Punta Gorda and Port Charlotte.
So instead of a storm surge taking out all of the boats in the marina (right by St Pete Beach) we were spared...
But folks rather further south of us? Ouch!
