I've recently seen a mid-1980's Universal 21hp M25 engine for sale. I understand they were designed to replace the Atomic 4, and I was wondering if anyone has done so with a 1970's 32 ft or larger Ericson. Mainly I'd like to know if it has enough power compared to the A4. Thanks, Becky

Thanks for the suggestions. I should clarify, though-I have a 1973, which doesn't have the interior handrails. I can't tell from inside the cabin what type of fasteners it has because of the headliner. Becky

They are probably snapping shrimp. They have one small claw, and one enormous one, which they snap shut to stun their prey. They might like hanging around your boat if its bottom hasn't been cleaned recently and has some growth, which they feed on. :)
