I have designed and manufactured things that interested me from book bags to composite airplanes and bicycles. I’ve lived in every major city on the west coast from San Diego to Anchorage, AK including Vancouver BC. I’ve owned several boats including a Kelly-Peterson 44 and a custom all-wood 52’ Monk-designed power cruiser built by McQueen in Vancouver BC, both of which I and my young family lived on. And I inhaled. But now I’ve sold all my shit and moved to the east coast to help my grown son build a race car and I’m buying an Ericson 38 to live on and sail the Chesapeake and southward with him and whoever else I can con into going sailing...or, ‘I tell you we’re here on earth to fart around and don’t let anyone tell you different’ (K.
