Making Rust Try putting steel wool in solution of 50/50 vinegar and bleach it will rust mostly instantly, the only downside is that it will smell worse than cheap beer , I had to get in a dig too. I would then take Rob's idea of the spray adhesive and simply put the new rust on it. Good Luck...
