This is a dacron, 4 oz most likely, 170% genoa for an E-32 standard rig. The sail is older, but still VERY useable. Great for those light air days that there is just no breeze. Sail has hanks, all my sails are now #6 luff tape. Asking $350.00, e-mail me if interested.

You could easily have a break in the line somewhere... or the transducer may have gone bad. Follow the line foward to the transducer and see what you can't find... Worse case, you can buy a "puck" transducer that reads through the hull... (Standard Horizon model bought from West Marine...

Watch out if your going to use a sander like that to sand the bottom of your boat!!! That will make the surface VERY unfair! I use a tool very much like that to grind into fiberglass for repairs of cracks that go through the hull... its more for removing material quickly and deeply... not...

I would only use a furler like that for a Code 0, or gennaker sail... you cannot (no matter what anyone says) go to weather with one of those units. (unless the boat is like a JY15) Cary
