All, It looks like 'True Norse' has a buyer, so my visit to the Bay area is now focused on another 35-3 that Ward told me about. I found one more detailed listing on boats.com and just a couple days ago it appeared on Yachtworld. Links follow...

The Passion Yachts broker I met (Mike) was also the owner of Passion Yachts. When my partner asked Mike why the boat didn't sell in the past two years, he seemed honest and told her that the owners priced it way to high in the first listing. I don't have a problem asking Mike whether a $30K cash...
