Grant, it sounds like you have an almost identical setup to the one I have (I own the boat with a partner). I too have tracks close to the cabin sides, running from the mast back a few feet. The question for me was really, 85% or 95%, what gets me inside the shrouds with an OK sheeting angle...

A standard rig E27. So, the new main is on order and looking at headsail options for the Bay. I've got an inside track near the mast and an outside genoa track alongside the cockpit I'd like to get one sail that sheets cleanly to the inside track to improve pointing. Perhaps a 95 - 105%...
