Sailing on Great Salt Lake in my E26, and playing a bit of chase with a friends E23. I had never been around an E23. Very impressive micro yacht... We were running a 135 and were fairly maxed out on sail area. He was able to run his 150 which really push his boat along nicely. My sailing compadre for the day loves to film. Fun had by all. Got to love the Es...:cool:

The E23 is a spectacular design. I'm a lousy racer (I like to sail, not compete for testosterone matching) but La Petite would let us beat boats that seemed to be well sailed up to 30' or more. She was "livable" too, as long as you didn't try to stand up down below. :egrin:

Just watched this video.
Is it just me or do the rope clutches on the cabin top look like they are mounted backwards?

It confuses a lot of first time crew on my boat. They are old EasyLoc clutches, top of the line in thier day. They are backwards from other mainstream clutches.
