Maxwell Windlass parts

I had the good fortune of winning a bid on Ebay for a Maxwell VW800 windlass. It's used, seen wear but seems to be in good working order. However, it's missing a part. It's the "stripper arm" (part #D3477) That removes the chain from the chain wheel as it comes around. It mounts to the outside base of the windlass. You can see part of it on the left side of the photo of the VW800.

I called the PO but he dose not have it. I do have addresses and telephone numbers for Maxwell's main office and US connections but I haven't run them down yet. But being a member of EYO I thought I'd cast out my net for info on getting Maxwell parts to see if anyone has ever had the need and found a source. Thanks in advance.
