Cockpit floor panels

Has anyone tried anything like these for their cockpit floor?

Just wondering if this might work. I had taken the old rubber mats 12" x 12" tiles out, as they were old and needed replacing.

Just trying to dress up the cockpit with something different.

Any other ideas?

I haven't seen those but they look nice. I have used a company in Thailand before. You can send them your dimensions and they will make a custom sized teak grate for cockpits, heads, showers, etc. The company is Thai Teak Marine.
They have all kinds of teak stuff for much better price than West Marine or other retailers. Much of their line can be assembled by you if you choose.

would dis-recommend the tiles. have tried these (another brand) on house deck and was very disappointed with cupping and fastening issues, these are typically screwed through he plastic backing into the wood and screws typically fail. Ron's suggestion looks great and I intend to check that out for a variety of applications.
