my guess is that your YS pedistal takes a different size guard, like about 12".
OTOH, if you are starting from scratch and do not have a factory guard, then the only measurement you need to worry about is the center hole size.
You ought to check with the vendor about that center diameter and check on the attachment hole sizing referenced in the ad.
So, it might work.
