Universal 18 electric lift pump - E28+ - 1981

Does anyone know the specs for the electric fuel lift pump option for the Universal 18? I would like to have a spare pump (the current looks original) on hand and am not sure if any "generic" pump would work or if there are specific pressure/flow requirements.

On my Universal M12 (10 hp) I used a Facet pump in the 6-8# range.

There are two types of Facet pumps. One is a little half-round black plastic cube with NPT fittings on each end. The other is 3 times the size, looks like a metal cylinder, approx. the same diameter as a tube of caulk, and half as long. The fittings are on the side. I had the plastic (cheap) version, installed last year, and just replaced it as it was leaking diesel from a seam in the casing. 9 months old. So I replaced it with the metal expensive version. Rated for "all fuels" and 3-5psi. So far, so good. RT
