GRILLED AMBERJACK with ORANGE BUTTER ALMOND SAUCE
Ingredients
Grill fish and brush with butter while cooking. In sauce pan cook over low heat all ingredients (do not add almonds) while hot whisk until it becomes a smooth sauce. Pour over the grilled Amberjack and sprinkle Almond on top of fish.
- 2 lbs. Amberjack
- Orange Butter Almond Sauce
- 1/4 lb. Butter
- 1/4 c. Orange Juice Concentrate
- 1/4 c. White Wine
- 2 - 3 dozen Yellow Raisins
- a dash of Soy Sauce
- sm. handful of Sliced Almonds
